About Me

I’ve loved art my whole life, having dabbled in paints when I was young and being inspired by my uncle, who was an artist himself. As I grew older, it was time to get a job, and art was, unfortunately, put on the backburner.

I moved to the beautiful coast and countryside of Christchurch, Dorset, when I was 26, where I met my now wife and we have been blessed with two boys. Having worked several low-paid jobs, I bought a mobile valeting business and became self-employed. This gave us a good living and led to me building long lasting relationships with my customers, who I am still in touch with to this day.

Whilst I enjoyed my valeting career, art continued to take a backseat. However, in the years to come, as my boys got older and I became more selective over my hours, I began finding time to paint again. After work, dinner and gaming sessions with the family, I often found myself with an hour or two spare in the evenings, and began picking things back up; experimenting and learning new techniques.

One thing led to another, and I ended up taking on a few commissions, many from my valeting customers, and selling some art online.

Now, having sold my business, I’m able at last to put 100% into my art and I am looking forward to taking the next step in my life, to grow and share my passion!
